Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/Missed Appointment Policy: Appointments canceled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time and/or missed appointments will require payment in full for past appointments before future appointments may be scheduled*. Prepayment for future appointments may be required*.  Workshops and Seminars are refundable up to 7 days before the scheduled date. *At the discretion of Level Up Wellness Appointment Payment Policy: No discount will be given for late arrival to appointments or for in-progress appointments that are concluded and/or terminated early; payment in full for scheduled appointment is due. Privacy Policy: No information about any client will be disclosed to any third party without the written consent of the client or parent/guardian if the client is under the age of 18.
